Blog Post #14 – On endings and new beginnings

Note: A loooot of rumblings ahead.

Ang bilis ng panahon. Previously, I was writing about moving out from my second company which was employer for the longest time and now, I am here to share about my move to my 5th company which surprisingly is within the same building as my second. Most are encouraged to work from home and my soon-to-be employer encourages the same – probably until the year ends.

Between my second and fifth job are two more jobs na very short-lived. I recall what my former manager told me before I left. I wish you the best. If it does not work out, lipat ka na lang ulit.”

Low and behold, nagkatotoo nga. I find it very challenging to find a company na ‘swak’ sa akin. Anyway, fast forward tayo. Things did not work out as I thought it would have so I moved on with my next employer and then, my next employer to finally my fifth one. I’ve captured the learnings from my previous ones and I really do hope na maging okay na this time. I’ve had my fair share of heartaches sa work and I’m not lowering my guard for more.

I just hope that this time, I will be given more learning opportunities and that I can progress in my career. I believe that I am more matured and wiser now so I do hope na kayanin ko ang mga challenge especially sa remote learning because of the pandemic.
